We collect your name, email address, date of birth, birth place, birth time (if provided), and full birth name. We also collect your chat messages with Maya, diary entries, and mood logs.
How we use your data
Your birth data is used to calculate your cosmic profile and personalise Maya guidance. Your chat history is stored to provide conversation continuity. We never sell your data to third parties.
Data storage
All data is stored securely on our server in the EU. We use encryption at rest and in transit. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored by us.
Your rights
You have the right to access, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact us at maya@lassany.co.uk or use the Settings page to request data export or account deletion.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
